Services are provided on a
fee-for-service basis.
Cash, checks, and all major credit cards are accepted.
There is a $30.00 fee for all returned checks

Insurance

Brave Voices Counseling is an out-of-network mental health provider.
​
Shani Clement does not accept insurance. She believes in providing quality and individualized care that specifically targets her patient's needs. To achieve this, she works independently of insurance companies in order to ensure that your treatment is not limited by their prescribed treatment modality or frequency of care.
This also ensures that your mental health treatment remains confidential, as it should be, and out of the insurance company's medical records.

Shani Clement can provide you with a detailed statement for you to submit to your insurance company.
​
This detailed statement is referred to by insurance companies as a superbill, and it is all they need to process your claim for reimbursement. Simply let her know during your visit that you would like a superbill, and she will provide one upon request.
